“I started seeing Victoria hoping to address the root cause of my anxiety and also better understand what governs my emotions. “The sessions with Victoria were always extremely helpful and informative and I found it easy to build a rapport. I felt Victoria was always very knowledgeable about the theory behind the topics and problems we discussed. Through our sessions, I gained a better understanding of myself and how seemingly “harmless” behaviours were impacting my mental health and day to day life... The initial few sessions were conducted in person at Victoria’s office in central London. Due to COVID-19, the subsequent sessions were then carried out via ‘zoom’ video calls.
